The project involved the complete redevelopment of an industrial building to be used for logistics and exhibition space on the ground floor and offices on the first floor.

The facade was clad with horizontal anthracite gray aluminum panels and is characterized by a long red canopy and the irregular pattern of the first-floor windows, framed by a black metal profile that also wraps around the corner of the building.

The project included paving the outdoor area in wood and stone, with benches marking the entrance and a large planter at the end of the lot to screen the loading/unloading area.
