The Printing Museum is located inside Palazzo Orfini, where the first edition of the Divine Comedy was printed in 1472.
The use of lead-gray graphics evokes the epic of printing, and by lining display cases designed to contain precious volumes, watermarks, and manuscripts, it serves as a guiding thread that leads visitors through the various sections of the museum.
The visit is completed by the Printing Workshop, where a reproduction of a 15th-century printing press allows visitors to print demonstration pages.
