Rome, complete renovation of a two-level apartment in a prestigious building to suit the needs of a young couple.

The main element of the project is the storage unit running the full length of the apartment, concealing the door to the sleeping area and then becoming the kitchen, separated by a glass wall with two sliding panels.

The kitchen is defined by an island integrated into the glass partition and clad in white Calacatta marble.

On the upper floor, reached via a new resin-coated staircase, the large terrace has been redeveloped with an outdoor area where an external kitchen sits beneath a wooden-slat canopy, complemented by meticulous landscape design by Marta Fegiz.
