A former half-destroyed ruin has given way to this design intervention, which aims to establish a dialogue between a modern architectural language and the tradition of Umbrian farmhouses.

The stone cladding of the building is interrupted by large openings framed in Corten steel, allowing views of the evocative landscape and the infinity pool that serves as the focal point of the expansive outdoor areas.

All units share the porch with a large outdoor kitchen and the sunroom with a fireplace, while retaining private spaces defined by exclusive pergolas and porticos.
